“you” and “guests” refers to the guest visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us our platforms.

“Properties” refer to Hotel, Motel, Accommodation, Hostel, Serviced apartment, Private apartment, Boatel and Cruise.

2. Agreement

By using our website and completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed our Terms of Services and Privacy Statement. We reserve the right to change our Terms of Services and Privacy Statement at any time, at our sole discretion. We provide an online platform through which properties can publish their rooms for reservation, and through which you can make reservations. In addition, we facilitate hotel greening their operation and guest finding the best green hotels worldwide. If you disagree with our Terms of Services and Privacy Statement, you should discontinue using our services. By making a reservation through our platform, you enter into a direct contractual agreement with the property at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the property, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant property and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the property.

3. Copyrights

Our website is made available for personal use only. Consequently, you are not allowed to use, copy, reproduce, download, re-sell, crawl, deep link, web scrape or display any information, content, software, look & feel or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive use.

4. Hotel information and content

The hotel information we display is provided by properties themselves. While we strive to verify its accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.

Each property remains responsible for the accuracy of the information, including rates, availability, typographical errors, non-delivery or untrue of the information and pictures displayed. Therefore, we are not responsible for any inaccuracy of hotel information, content and pictures.

5. Green rating

We are not affiliated with any green certifier to remain neutral. All green certifications are explained simply. The green rating goes up while the green certifications fit the criteria. All ratings are directly linked to a green action listed in About. We improve this ranking all the time and you are part of us.

6. Star rating

Hotels stars are provided for information purposes only. The rating is based on the information we have received from our suppliers and properties. Stars are indicative of the level of comfort you may expect and may vary according to countries requirements.

7. Hotel quality and Satisfaction level

For the comfort of our guests, we provide a score from candid reviews from our guests and unbiased Google reviews. It allows you to choose properties with a fair feedback from your peers. We cannot be held responsible for the service level or actions of properties.

By writing a review, you certify that all information provided reflect your genuine experience within the property.

8. Uploading photos on our platform

By uploading photos on our website, you certify that you own the copyright to the photos and that you agree that we may use the uploaded photos on our website and promotional materials at our discretion. By uploading photos, you accept full legal and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims. By uploading pictures, you acknowledge that only pictures that contribute to a better overview of the property will be published.

9. Currency converter

A currency converter is available on our website for courtesy purposes only. Rates are updated on daily basis from publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. It should not be relied upon as accurate as actual rates may vary.

10. Emails

When booking a room on our platform, you agree to receive an email prior to your arrival date offering information on your trip and an email during / after your stay to share your experience.

11. Price policy

We propose highly competitive prices that may be cheaper than comparable travel websites: some of these rates may carry special restrictions and conditions in respect to meal plan, cancellation and refund. Kindly check thoroughly room and rate conditions prior to confirm.

Prices on our website are per room per night and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently. Kindly notice that applicable taxes may be charged by the property in the event of a no-show or cancellation fee and such as city / bed tax while applicable upon check-out. In any cases taxes will be shown upon website check-out and in the confirmation letter.  Kindly check thoroughly room and rate conditions prior to confirm.

12. Lowest price guarantee

We want you to always pay the lowest price for your stay. After booking through our website, should you find the same accommodation with the same reservation conditions at a lower rate bookable online, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate and offer a room upgrade upon hotel availability!

Conditions are as follows: You contact us immediately after booking with the entire details of the other offer you have found including the total price, the room and the rate conditions, and a link to the offer on the website; The other offer is subject to identical booking conditions: same property; property known before booking, same room type; same meal plan; same cancellation policy; same check-in and check-out dates; same package offer, etc.; The other offer is still available when we check; Your booking conditions still allow penalty-free cancellations and modifications; The other offer is not a rewards program or a special promotion made available by the property itself; a frequent flyer, special membership or loyalty points rate.

13. Best deals

We do not strikethrough systematically all prices, unlike many other parties, but offer directly the lowest price in the market for our guests to select their properties in confidence.

14. Free service

Our platform is free, unlike many other parties, we do not charge you for the service or add any additional fees to the room rate. Properties pay a tiny commission after your stay for the service.

15. Booking

Travel can be green. Travellers are recognising the importance of environmental conservation and are increasingly seeking accommodation that supports environmentally friendly and sustainable tourism. We can now use new technologies for environmental protection and vote for a better world booking eco-friendly hotels. Every time you book on our platform, we can invest to assist more hotels to turn into green and for a better planet. All individual actions impact our planet and the quality of the environment we and our children will travel and live in!

16. Ranking

The default hotel ranking is created through an automatic algorithm that take into account multiple criteria like for instance the green rating, the guest satisfaction (based on candid reviews from google and our guests) and the property popularity across our visitors (number of visits, click-through and reservation). For your convenience, you can sort and filter accommodations for a quick match.

17. Cancellation

While processing a booking for a property, you accept and agree to the property’s cancellation, no-show policy and any additional terms that may apply before and during your stay. The information is stated during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Kindly check the room policy thoroughly prior to confirm.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the link. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the agreed rate cancellation policy while booking the property. Kindly read the cancellation, payment and no-show policy of the property carefully prior to book.

18. Refunds

Any eligible refund will be processed within a period of up to thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation of the refund request. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment method and banking institutions involved.

By making a reservation through us, you acknowledge and agree to this refund processing timeframe. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers, financial institutions, or the property.

19. Transportation

Some properties offer free transportation and free airport pick-up (stated in the hotel page and the confirmation with possibility of filtering it from the search page). For some properties in remote location, a compulsory transportation or transfer fee will be charged on top of the room rate at the request of the property, or at your option where available. This is common for island hotels where you need accommodation transportation to reach the property. In Maldives, seaplane taxis are only operating during day time and you must arrive into Male before 3:30 pm in order to catch a same day seaplane transfer to the property. Most of the time the property will contact you accordingly to arrange the transportation, otherwise we recommend you to contact the property (You will find the hotel phone number on your booking confirmation).

20. Credit card safety and payment

Some properties request a deposit for special offers and non-refundable rates; therefore your credit card may be pre-authorised or charged accordingly following the booking confirmation. Kindly check the room policy thoroughly prior to confirm.

Payment is safely processed directly from the property you have booked at with a Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt credit card information during transit. Our system does not stock any credit card numbers to ensure the optimum security of our guests. The property is at all times responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes due on the total amount of the room price to the relevant tax authorities.

Please note that a reservation requiring a deposit may be cancelled without prior notice if the payment cannot be successfully processed on the date specified in the reservation policy.

Kindly check always your credit card details, the validity of your credit/debit card and to have sufficient funds in the card.

Reservations requiring valid payment details may be cancelled automatically if the provided payment method is invalid or cannot be processed.

21. Protection of personal data

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all data transmitted through our website.

Your privacy matters to us. Our platform is a privacy-first booking platform: we do not sell, rent, or monetize any personal data or tracking information.

We rely on privacy-friendly analytics tools such as Plausible Analytics, which operate without cookies and without collecting personally identifiable information. This allows us to measure website usage while fully respecting user privacy, without the need for cookie consent banners.

22. Use of personal data

The primary purpose of collecting personal data is to facilitate and manage your online reservations and ensure you receive the best possible service.

We may also use your personal data to contact you occasionally with relevant information about your booking, as well as carefully selected offers or services that may be of interest to you.

Your personal data is used to complete and administer your reservation, securely transmit booking details to the accommodation, and assist you throughout the booking process. If a reservation is not completed, we may send you a reminder email with a link to continue your booking.

You may be invited to submit a review following your stay. When doing so, we collect the information you provide, along with your display name and any associated profile picture.

We also collect limited technical information from the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and language settings, solely for operational and security purposes.

You have the right to access, review, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@ehleague.com with the subject: “Delete my personal data”.

23. User account

To facilitate faster bookings and access additional features and exclusive offers, you may create an account with us. A basic account may be created during the booking process to facilitate your reservation and allow you to manage your booking.

You may choose to register using third-party services such as Meta, Google, Apple, LinkedIn or Line. By doing so, you confirm that you are authorized to share the associated account information, which may include basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile picture.

This information may be used to enhance your experience, for example by allowing optional features such as visibility of travel activity among connected users, where enabled.

25. Complaints and liability

If you have a complaint regarding our service, you may contact us at any time via email or by phone. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you promptly.

Please note that any complaints related to the accommodation itself (including policies, service quality, facilities, or other aspects) remain the responsibility of the property.

Subject to the limitations set out in these Terms of Services, our liability is limited to direct damages actually suffered and attributable to our services, up to the total amount of your reservation or a maximum of two hundred (200) euros, whichever is lower.

26. Exclusion of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our company and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

We shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in property information, services provided by properties or partners, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website.

This includes, without limitation, any personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses resulting from acts, errors, omissions, negligence, misrepresentations, or non-performance by properties or third-party providers, as well as events beyond our control such as force majeure, overbooking, cancellations, or strikes.

27. Role as intermediary

We acts solely as an intermediary between guests and accommodation providers. We do not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on our platform.

All bookings made through us constitute a direct agreement between the guest and the property. The property is solely responsible for the provision of accommodation services, including but not limited to availability, pricing, policies, service quality, and fulfilment of the reservation.

We shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, errors, cancellations, over-bookings, or failure of the property to honour a reservation.

28. Pricing and availability

All prices and availability displayed on our platform are provided by the properties or third-party distribution partners.

All bookings are confirmed in real time based on the information provided by the property or third-party distribution systems. Such confirmations are subject to the accuracy of the data supplied at the time of booking.

In the event of a manifest error, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies or technical issues, the property may propose a marketing solution or cancel the reservation in accordance with its policies. The guest will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from such discrepancies.

29. About Us

The online accommodation reservation service is rendered by EHLeague SAS, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of France. Terms of Services and Privacy Statements are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of Terms of Services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in France. Only the English language version of Term of Service shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.
